- Employee Fund – Vista Prairie Communities has established the Employee Fund to provide monetary grants to employees who have experienced significant financial hardships in their personal or family life.
- PTO Donation – Vista Prairie Communities recognizes that family emergencies and personal crises can have a significant impact on employees, which may result in needing more time away from work than they have in their available PTO time. Employees can support their co-workers through these times by donating their unused PTO hours.
Vista Prairie Communities has a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program available to all employees and their family members. This EAP provides you and your family members with confidential, personal, and online/web-based support on a wide variety of important topics – such as stress management, family care, nutrition, fitness, and legal and financial issues.
- Health: healthy living, stress management, mental health, diet and fitness, overall wellness
- Family: parenting support, child and elder care, special needs help, learning programs, medical billing negotiated tools, and more

Vista Prairie offers multiple medical and dental plans, along with a vision plan, different life insurances, accident insurance and critical care insurance. If you are enrolled in a Medical Plan through Vista Prairie Communities, you now have an opportunity to take part in a new Wellness Program where you can earn a $50.00 monthly premium differential. This means if you participate you could earn a savings of up to $600.00 on medical premiums for the entire 2025-2026 plan year. HSA and FSA are also available depending on the medical plan.
All full-time and part-time employees will accrue paid time off.
