In September, we will be seeking a compassionate and organized Community Care Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the well-being of our residents, coordinating care plans, ensuring services are delivered effectively, and acting as a liaison between families, residents, and the healthcare team. This position involves leading, developing, and training direct care staff to promote a supportive and enriching environment for residents, as well as creating and managing their schedules.
